Cancellation After Technician Dispatch
- A reasonable visit charge or cancellation fee may be deducted.
- Remaining eligible amounts, if any, will be refunded.
Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once inspection, repair, installation, maintenance, or any service work has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling of Appointments
Customers may request appointment rescheduling subject to technician availability.
We recommend notifying us as early as possible to avoid delays or additional charges.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Payment was charged more than once for the same service.
- Payment was successfully made but service could not be provided due to our operational limitations.
- Booking was cancelled before technician dispatch and qualifies under this policy.
- Incorrect payment was processed due to a technical error attributable to us.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Service has already been completed.
- Customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time.
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
- Customer refuses service after technician arrival.
- Charges for inspection, diagnosis, visiting, or consultation have already been incurred.
- Delays caused by customer-side issues.
- Spare parts have been ordered, purchased, or installed specifically for the customer.
5. AC Repair Services
For repair services:
- Charges for inspection and diagnosis are generally non-refundable once completed.
- Refunds will not be provided merely because the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repair after inspection.
6. AC Installation and Uninstallation Services
Installation or uninstallation service charges become non-refundable after the work has been completed.
If installation cannot proceed due to site conditions, electrical issues, structural limitations, or customer-side constraints, applicable visit or inspection charges may still apply.
7. Spare Parts and Materials
Any charges relating to spare parts, accessories, materials, or customized components are generally non-refundable once:
- Purchased,
- Ordered,
- Delivered,
- Installed, or
- Allocated specifically for a customer order.
Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, shall be governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on:
- Payment method used,
- Banking procedures,
- Payment gateway processing timelines.
Actual credit timelines may vary based on the customer’s financial institution.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service received, please contact us promptly.

10. Company-Initiated Cancellation

- Technician unavailability,
- Safety concerns,
- Severe weather conditions,
- Operational constraints,
- Incorrect booking information,
- Circumstances beyond our control.
Where applicable, eligible prepaid amounts may be refunded.
